This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! The customer service was absolutely impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our waitress was not only attentive but also incredibly warm and personable, ensuring every detail of our dining experience was perfect. The manager even stopped by to check on us, which added such a thoughtful touch. And the food? Absolutely to die for! Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. This is the kind of place you’ll want to visit again and again. Highly recommend! We coming back for sure !
This place is amazing!!! I always judge a restaurant by their chips and salsa and they have the best especially the green! Lunch specials were great I got the taco Diablo and the bacon wrapped shrimp were to die for! Got a michelada with lunch and their homemade mix was so good my husband got a bottle to go! Will definitely be back!
Best drinks. Definitely recommend the coconut Margarita and Tequila Sunrise! Best food. Can’t go wrong with the Asada or the Molcajete!!! Best service. Such welcoming friends! You won’t find better salsa this far north of the border!! Just go visit them! You won’t be sorry!
Pinatas made our son’s rehearsal dinner absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, and our entire group loved every dish. We enjoyed rice, charro beans, chicken and beef fajitas, bacon‑wrapped shrimp, chicken Parmesan, Alfredo fettuccine, and a fresh salad with pears, feta cheese, and the most amazing homemade vinaigrette. Pinatas also offered a wonderful array of desserts for our event. We ordered a gelatina de mango con crema and another in a peach flavor both were beautiful and delicious. Jose, the manager, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He and the wonderful staff arranged the tables, provided linens, and made planning easy even though we’re not from the area. The private room was perfect, and they even set up a cash bar inside the room, which made everything convenient for our guests. They also helped coordinate live music and provided champagne with flute glassware for our toast. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our special night unforgettable. If you’re looking for a great place to eat or need a private room for a special event I highly recommend Pinatas. They will take great care of you.
Sooooo it’s Valentine’s Day. I really wanted a Margarita but was so tired after a 8.5 hour day on my feet at work. We have a couple of “Go to” Mexican Restaurants but wanted to try somewhere new. I googled best Margaritas near Tomball and Las Piñatas popped up. I am so glad we decided to visit. The experience from start to finish was phenomenal. Ariana was our server. So sweet and knowledgeable. We highly recommend. BTW the house Margaritas are Amazing. They also have a new flavor…Passion Fruit…of course I had to try it…it was sooooo good.
Honestly, this place hit the spot. The food was so good and tasted fresh, not like the rushed or bland Mexican food you get at some places. The enchiladas were my favorite—super cheesy, creamy, and full of flavor without being too heavy. The rice and beans were cooked perfectly and paired really well with the rest of the plate. Portions were solid, everything came out hot, and you can tell they care about how the food is made. Definitely one of those spots you’d come back to when you’re craving real comfort Mexican food. I’ll for sure be back!
You have got to give their buffet a try!!! It’s not only delicious but incredibly welcoming, from the moment you walk in through the door till the last bite! The flavors were delicious and authentic!!! Fresh tortillas made, hot “cafe de olla”, and classic homemade dishes, definitely worth a visit!
This place is a hidden gem in Tomball. You can order from the menu or hit this amazing buffet for breakfast. The omelette bar is not to be missed even though there are a number of different types of authentic Mexican eggs on the buffet. Highly highly highly recommended! Do yourself a favor and come join them for a meal!
1st time here on a Sunday afternoon. I had the enchiladas al carbon which they were so good, loved that food came out hot. My husband got a machete done at the moment, eventhough it wasn't on the menu. Manager was friendly. We will certainly come again.
